We will notify users of significant changes to our Terms and Conditions at least 15 days in advance, allowing business users the opportunity to terminate their agreement if they disagree. If our platform is accessible to minors, our terms are presented in age-appropriate language.

3. Reporting Illegal Content

We provide a user-friendly mechanism to report illegal or harmful content in compliance with Article 16 of the DSA:

  • Process: We acknowledge receipt of reports promptly and inform users of our decisions, including reasons and redress options (e.g., internal appeals or out-of-court dispute resolution).
  • Trusted Flaggers: Notices from designated trusted flaggers are prioritized and processed without delay.

If we restrict content (e.g., removal, demotion, or account suspension), we provide affected users with a clear statement of reasons, including:
