Welcome to MphaRVirtual Advisory Board Platform ("we," "us," or"our").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our online platform, MphaR Virtual Advisory Board Platform, accessible under domain abplatforms.org, (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1.1 Scope: These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered users, and customers ("you" or "User"). They outline the rules for using the Platform, your rights and obligations, and our responsibilities as the service provider. 2.Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility:To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2.2 Account Creation: Some features of the Platform may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated.

You confirm that your content complies with these Terms and does not infringe on third-party rights.

3.3 Prohibited Activities: You must not:

4.Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform (excluding user-generated content) are owned by or licensed to Medical Pharma Services, s.r.o. and/or the event owner/initiator. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without our express written permission.

4.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for purposes, subject to these Terms.

4.3 Copyright Infringement: If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at virtual.platform@m-phar.com with details of the alleged infringement, in accordance with the EU Copyright Directive (2019/790).

5. Privacy and Data Protection

6.2 Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medical Pharma Services, s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

6.3 EU Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU law.

7.Termination

7.1 Termination by You: You may stop using the Platform at any time. To delete your account, please send request to virtual.platform@m-phar.com.

7.2 Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful conduct, or for any other reason at our discretion. You will be notified of such action where feasible.

8.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Prague, Czech Republic. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at [https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr].

9.Miscellaneous

9.1 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters or internet outages.

9.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

9.3 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here in, constitute the entire agreement between you and [Company Name].
